Quality assurance and safety are managed at the project level — adapted to client specifications, environment and risk profile, then enforced consistently through the life of the contract.
QUALITY SYSTEM
A documented Quality System with project-level testing, inspection and approval points. The procedure is adapted at the start of each project to suit the client’s specific requirements and standards.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
CLM is committed to taking appropriate care of the environment on every project — implementing client and regulatory environmental controls across clearing, earthworks and rehabilitation activities.
SAFETY MANAGEMENT PLAN
A proactive Safety Management Plan that is customised to each site. Intervention points cover supervision, administration and operational discipline — the well-being of every individual on site is non-negotiable.
TRAINED WORKFORCE
Frequent staff training keeps our operators and supervisors current on machinery, GPS/laser technology and safety procedures. Directors are involved day-to-day, keeping standards consistent across sites.
