Land Levelling, Field Preparation & Services — Marromeu

GPS levelling of 2,000 ha. Plough-out and field preparation of existing fields averaging 2,000 ha/year. Development of new organic sugar fields, road and canal construction and maintenance, and seed cane haulage.

Bush Clearing & Land Preparation — Massingir

Bush clearing and land preparation for 500 ha of new citrus orchards. Heavy ploughing and ripping using high-horsepower CASE IH tractors and ROME implements.

Land Preparation — Massingir Valley Farms

Land preparation on a planned 20,000 ha Lucerne estate — initial trial area. Heavy ploughing and ripping with high-horsepower CASE IH tractors and ROME implements on the first 1,400 ha trial area.

Land Preparation — Xinavane

Land preparation and laser levelling of new project areas and existing estate fields over an 11-year programme.

Existing sugar cane estate. GPS levelling of 600 ha of sugar cane fields to client field-design specifications.

Land Preparation & Bush Clearing — Lamego South

Complete removal of bush across 2,100 ha and land preparation for sugar planting.

Sugar | Dam Construction

Construction of Muda Dam — Sofala

Construction of the Muda Dam for irrigation supply to the Mafambisse sugar estate. Dam-wall construction with associated earthworks, controlled fill placement and compaction.

SUGAR| Land preparation

Land Levelling, Field Preparation & Services — Nchalo

Land forming using GPS levelling equipment and heavy ploughing to improve existing sections of a flood irrigated sugar estate. Equipment used includes 375 HP articulated CASE tractors, CAMECO and Reynolds scrapers and ROME Heavy Duty subsoilers, disc harrows and ploughs.

Aquaculture | Pond Construction

300 ha PRAWN FARM CONSTRUCTION — QUELIMANE

300 ha of ponds and supply canals for hatching and growing shrimp, built in expansive clay soils within a mangrove swamp area.

MECHANISATION SPECIALIST

Advising on equipment selection, fleet configuration, implement matching, maintenance planning, workshop requirements and realistic equipment operating costs.

PLANNER

Assisting with development planning, equipment planning, implementation sequencing, operational structures and project readiness. 

 

PROJECT MANAGER

Assisting clients with project coordination, field execution planning, production monitoring, reporting, implementation control and problem solving.

IMPLEMENTER

Supporting the practical execution of agricultural development projects, either through direct field involvement, operational management or implementation oversight.
